The length of a blog post or an article really depends on the subject matter and the need of the reader. I like to keep things short and to the point, so I tend to err on the side of brevity.

On the other hand, some subjects need to be treated more like a full meal rather than a snack. Sometimes I publish these as blog posts. See for example: http://www.clickbasics.com/internet-marketing/internet-marketing-a-change-of-mindset/ but even here, I broke the article into two parts.

I know writing blogs that go on the home is really useful for SEO but sounds like you’re recommending writing longer articles as well. Am I understanding this correctly?

I loved reading Search engine optimization basics | Internet Marketing with Paul Carter, ClickBasics and look forward to more. I noticed at the bottom that there was tons of HTML showing instead of the end of the post. Are you seeing that too or is it just my browser?
