Reduce Stress By Examining the Root Cause

Meditation, Yoga and exercise are excellent ways to deal with accumulated stress and can go a long way to reducing stress.  To break the stress cycle even earlier, Cheryl combines what she has learned from the teachings of mind/body experts such as Barbara Brennan, Louise Hay and Byron Katie to assist clients in discovering their own stressful thoughts and ingrained beliefs.  Once a stressful belief is uncovered it can be observed, questioned and released.
