Click the "Edit Page" link below the Page’s photo. 2. On the right hand side, click the "Remove admin" link in the Admin section to remove selected admins." This means that organizations that created fake personal accounts in the name of the organization can assign real personal accounts as administrators and remove fake accounts. According to the Facebook Pages fan page:
